SB: 109.4 BB (VPIP: 19.57, PFR: 15.22, 3Bet Preflop: 4.76, Hands: 47)
BB: 106 BB (VPIP: 25.31, PFR: 19.18, 3Bet Preflop: 7.14, Hands: 253)
Hero (UTG): 107.4 BB
MP: 101.4 BB (VPIP: 17.02, PFR: 10.75, 3Bet Preflop: 3.45, Hands: 94)
CO: 94.2 BB (VPIP: 42.86, PFR: 19.05, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 22)
BTN: 96.2 BB (VPIP: 32.00, PFR: 16.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 25)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K♥ Q♥

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, CO calls 3 BB, BTN calls 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (12.4 BB, 4 players) Q♠ J♠ 9♣
BB checks,

preflop standard open with KQS from utg
co calls and sets off a chain reaction btn and BB join the party each one getting better implied odds
flop is ugly gives me tpgk and a gutshot but I think hits others harder
If check I will be giving freecards in a dangerous situation but might be able to see showdow with best hand

If I bet out I am only isolating my self against better hands so would be turning my tp into a bluff
so rock............ hard place ?
whats your choice?

I don't think you have enough equity to bet. Best is to check it out in Equilab (which I haven't done). But there are plenty of made 2 pair+ hands out there.

I don't like check/calling there and check/folding is probably out of question with TP. I believe we still have the best hand most of the time. So, I would bet the flop and probably check/fold the turn if get called on the flop and board becomes uglier. If something like 2 or 3 hits, I think we can bet the turn, too. If draws missed, we can think about check/calling the river, but most of the time we will have to check/fold the river, I guess. I'm only sure that we will almost never bet the river in this spot.

You may be right that this is better to bet than check-call on the flop. But there is no way in hell that we have the best hand most of the time. But that isn't required either since it is multiway (this is what you meant?).

Not too sure about the ranges (left out the big pairs AA KK which I assume would not have flatted, gave bb qq option to flat) I guesse the ranges would be a fair bit wider as the pot got bigger?
Regards Michael

disclaimer (I made these ranges up, they are not "standard") I did not put 78 diamond in which is my "random" :)

I believe that, in general, from four players in the pot we have the most equity. That's what I meant. Might be wrong, of course.

Cbetting is fine, escecially mw. And we must fold to aggression.
