SB: $16.40 (102.5 bb)
BB: $25.03 (156.4 bb)
Hero (UTG): $21.09 (131.8 bb)
MP: $16 (100 bb)
CO: $17.71 (110.7 bb)
BTN: $19.49 (121.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T J
Hero raises to $0.48, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.48, 2 folds

Flop: ($1.20) 2 J 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.80, BTN calls $0.80

Turn: ($2.80) A (2 players)
Hero bets $1.86, BTN calls $1.86

River: ($6.52) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $4.16, Hero calls $4.16

Preflop: I usually open this from the UTG.

Flop: Hit TP, so betting for value and protection vs draws.

Turn: A sometimes hits his range, but I think he rather has something like 9x and all kinds of draws. Of course, he might have better J. I decided to bet vs draws and I don't mind the fold equity I have on that turn card.

River: T8 came there, but I doubt he has it. Flushdraws missed. I decided to check and expect him to check back Jx and probably all Ax, so when he bets, I believe he has busted draws often enough. That's why I decided to bluffcatch.

BTN: 28/20/50/0(3)/0(1)/1,1/164 (VPIP/PFR/FtFlopCB/FtTurnCB/FtRiverCB/AF/H)

The problem is that many of his busted FDs have A♦

Might be. But would he bet AT like that? I expect him to check back weak TP given all the action on previous streets, or at least bet smallish for thin value. Or maybe he knows that I expect him to do that, so he bets big. :f_rolleyes:

What do you think abt. this range? Here I assume that on the river he would check back all his A♦x:diamond: and would bet only AQ for value, and also would bluff many of his missed FDs. Seems we don't have a call.

Might bet. Except I don't think he has 99 at that point because he would most likelly raise it on the flop/turn.

The guy is passive, he will show up sometimes with set.

River is a fold. Villain is passive and this bet is for value.
