Going to switch from NL5 SH to NL10 SH now. I will give myself a buffer of 5BI and will move down again if I go below 150$.
If I notice I am playing with scared money will also move down immidiatly and try to get my BR to 250$ with NL5

its what happenned to me when i moved to 25/50
AJ, J on a rainbow flop with no overcards, i bet pot, someone calls, T is down, i go all in, he calls, J river, he hits flush with QKsuited...
moved down the limits again after taking 10 minutes to lose tilt.
but i have 4 times the money now so it worked out fine
