creditback is always instant. the winnings (cashout) were paid to skril within minutes ,
but now it's over one day , "cashout" still not paid to my skrill account. that's strange.
pokerstars got new policy ( slow paying winning part) or not?

i am using Neteller but last 2 withdraws i have the same experience as you,, no idea if its a new policy or they are just geting slower and checking all payouts more then before,, 
but since they write in confirmation e-mail this process could take up to 72 hours i dont think its nothing to be worried about yet.
