The guy is known reg - 30/20, with low 3bet from BU, likes to play fancy sometimes. On the flop I don't see reason to cbet. On this kind of board he would bluff me a lot, on many turn cards I wont be able to make cbet and I want to keep his whole preflop calling range.
On the turn I catch mid strenght hand with good equity and I think X/C is better especially after flop went x/c.
River - since he checks back the turn I exclude sets and FDs which he would cbet on the turn. So I put him on bluff or mid strenght hand that should fold to a raise.
