The shove on the flop is fine against an aggro maniac, you don't want to let him check fold to a scare card on the turn and considering his aggression it would be very surprising for him to fold. The issue here is your sample size. I understand the call in position against such an aggressive opponent but on dry boards like your K♠:T♥:2♣: example it would have to be a fold. If he is 4 betting 70% of hands that still has greater equity against your hand on the flop on a K♠:T♥:2♣: board and against a narrower range you are even worse so I don't float flop consider SPR is so small.

I imagine you are shoving to C-bet with hands such as 9Txx too however although i would fold such hands to 4 bet

Even if villain looks very aggressive, cold-4-betting is still quite strong. Calling his 4-bet and shipping this flop.

KT2r and he pots I think I'm folding without a pair. We need 40% eq to go broke and I think we have ~30%ish against his pot cbet range.

Can I ask what you consider this range to be? Is only doing this with AAxx, KKxx to get it in?

In addition I understand SB is seen to be a maniac however, if he is competent aggressive play then he can be 4 betting light. This situation came up in a similar game I was player where SB 4 bets, I have AAQKss flop 48J. Small blind had pot 1.5x pot behind and 3/4 pot flop. I got it in on the flop and it is very much 50/50. This was only 100bb effective, I feel like when you are 200bb effective as you were in your example getting it on that flop is too risky and only asks to be called by a monster draw or better. Flat if you feel like you can handle the aggression or fold if you feel like you are folding to too many turns.

I didn't quite understand. In this hand SPR is 2 and hero must ship it with top2, no other possibility.
