Push or fold Q4 here?

Sngwizard and pokertracker also says push here with Q4off but holdemresources calculator says Q10o+.
Which one should I use? What is the more optimal play here, and why is it big difference between these recommendations?

I set pokertracker's calling ranges as it is in HRC but it still says push. Why says PT4 push and why HRC not? What is the difference wich one should I use, why? Thank you :)
