I would normal always min-raise or fold HU, but against a aggressive 3 better it’s most likely fine.

Not sure he will call a big bet on turn with a draw. I would fold them with only 1 card to come and river is a complete blank. So it’s I think difficult to let him fold to often here I think.

So I would give up the hand on river without much info about this player.

I would ve played the same. on the turn you have the chance to take control of the hand ( the main reason why u call on the flop) so I m super ok with the bet on the turn, and the river it s ok also.
unless it s a high stakes game reg vs reg with some dinamic between, where the villain would know how to balance his ranges and check to streets, the hand is played ok.
note: I would also lead with the 5 on the turn, any made hand like straights , with flushdraw or any 10,J
