Preflop: Hero is BTN with 7 7
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.42, SB folds, BB calls $0.22

Flop: ($0.94) 5 T 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.60, BB calls $0.60

Turn: ($2.14) 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20

River: ($4.54) 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Preflop: Standard open raise.

Flop: Not sure should i cbet this flop or check back. If I check back, what should be a plan for turn/river?

Turn: I was thinking that he might still have a draw, so decided to cbet and check back/fold the river.

River: No reason to bet, I believe.

BB: 30/20/50/45 (VPIP/PFR/FtFlopCB/H)

The extent at which I consider c-betting being good is relatively low haha. I think that 5T9 with two clubs isn't the driest of boards so I would c-bet larger than a super dry board. I think that once you are called then a flush draw is obviously possible. You block straight draws and as a result I would tend to think that pairs are more likely on this board hence checking back the turn. If river is checked back and some value can be found in the sevens.

Thats my thinking on a board like this anyways; for the turn if the villain is a nit then I check back, if they're laggy then I barrell most likely.
