Portuguese Players cant play money in PKR

I receive the same email!! lol.. till now all ok i deposit and play.. suddenly receive this email and only say sorry the Portuguese players can´t play more real money games at PKR and they wish me good luck.. LOL.. at nobody speaks about my money in my account or the bonus that i lose..lol.. nobody sad why this decision so suddenly. i think if you play at a poker room for a time at least they can respect you a little bit. deposit you $1000 or 10$ to our account! open the poker software and all money table are vanish!!! Notice a days before, nothing.. only a email and them all vanish..lol.. really.. i respect all of you. for me you can be a beginner or a pro.. is the same.. you are human!!! they forbid the Portuguese players to play with money sending as a email!! And where is the email to withdraw our money?! lol.. for me this is a very ugly attitude for the Portuguese Players that till now had give PKR many profit!! i will try to get my money and hope that they see here mistake!!!

Hope they give me the chance of withdraw the bonuses money...even the unlocked...

Two hours earlier they gave me a free entry to the $50,000 PKR Masters . Thak You very much! LOL

sorry to hear about your situation, i was in same situation with Ladbrokes when they closed my market 31th December 2014,

this new rules is as i understand that new rules from the Portugese government that was applied from today so nothing you can do about it , not sure in details how it looks for operators that want to have a license at the Portugal market but apparently PKR dont want to apply for a license. so for the moment , just withdraw and try find another poker room to play at

i do agree they could sent this email sooner and explain a little bit more about the situation,,

about bonus money it doesnt hurt to ask support if you can withdraw them, but i would hope to much about it

Hi,, thanks a lot rampa!!! lol and i have more for you guys.. i am really a lucky guy!!! arrive from work. dinner and i now open my Gala poker software and for my wonder the same email from Gala that i receive from PKR.. really!???? Around $130,00 Bonus unlocked and 30 Tournaments tickets unused!!! and now i can´t use them or try to unblock some of the bonus..lol.. really.. is that legal?? ok that the government have new laws but i don´t have the fault!!!! but i in this case lose my possible profit!! this is really very sad!!! I have 2 accounts and now 2 are blocked!!! lol.. it is highly demoralizing!!! this isn´t fair.. i want to play poker and now all this problems.... will try to play at 888 at last..

So, if I understand you guys well, you still can withdraw your current money from these poker rooms, even if you can't play there anymore, right? I'm curious because something similar will probably soon come in Croatia.

I dont know, they didnt answer my email yet... what i really want to know is if they will leave us withdraw the bonuse's money that i didnt unlock yet....

i am tried !! but till now nothing!! i think if this law reach your country then it will be the same problem.. be careful with your money because when this happen only you will be worry about your money.. nobody else!! good luck....

so for sure np to withdraw your funds,, when it comes to bonus funds i am afraid you will not be able to get them but best to ask support at pkr
