Do you Cbet OTF with nothing OOP? Especially against Regs who fold a little to CB on a dry flop will call you a lot. On Axx board is it still okay to cbet regardless of hand?

Unless villain has an abnormally huge f2cbet stat I want at least some backdoor equity if I'm cbetting, especially OOP.
