BTN: $14.09
Hero (SB): $25.14
BB: $10.25
UTG: $50.12
MP: $16.58
CO: $69.52

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with K :club: K
UTG raises to $0.30, MP raises to $0.90, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.20, 2 folds, MP calls $1.30

Flop: ($4.80) T :spade: 2 :spade: A :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($4.80) 9 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.20, MP calls $2.20

River: ($9.20) 3 :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $5.71, Hero folds

Villain was unknown. I don't think my stab OTT was necessary looking back. Even if he flatted something like JJ or QQ it would have been better to x and let him stab at it. I could have saved that bet I think. OTR I guess it's a clear fold. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the irony but do you have something constructive for me maybe?

My irony was about the thing that only your comments were posted, but not the hand itself... :)

How would you know whether to call or fold on turn if you check?

I wouldn't I guess. Would you have played it somehow differently?

I don't like the turn donk, but as played, I am bluff-catching here getting 3:1 and after that weird action. He KNOWS 100% that you don't have an A here.

Edit: In addition, we are at the absolute top of the bluff-catching range, so GTO says call here, if you believe in letting your cards randomize bluff-catching. We might also pick off a mistaken and super-thin valuebet with QQ.

If you take in account positions and actions the answer its pretty clear, I mean is mp 3betting vs utg, then mp calls a the 4bet, given the range that mp 3bets what would you expect to flat vs 4bet? Probably QQ/Ak and like 2 combos of AA, taking into account that even some people dont even 3bet those vs utg.

I think that preflop 4bet size could be a bit bigger. Postflop I would probably play check/fold all the way because I believe that in most cases either MP has Ax, which we are behind, or he has something like QQ, JJ which he won't value bet or try to turn it into a bluff.
