Preflop: Hero is BB with K♣, 6♥
SB posts small blind ($0.01), Hero posts big blind ($0.02), MP3 folds, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.05 - 2.50 bb) A♦, 9♦, 2♣ (2 Players)

Turn: ($0.05 - 2.50 bb) 3♠ (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

River: ($0.05 - 2.50 bb) 2♥ (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

The opponent is 60 VP fish (in this case he limped with K7o). If im VERY sure he hasn't hit anything (usually by the speed of his choices and because he never slowplayed on me,) should I try to bluff the river to take the pot?

Why not? He hasn't shown he wants the pot.

Nope, not in this case - if he has nothing, youre gonna win anyway (because of K), otherwise, if hes got any pair - even the bottom one - will not fold. Beside, betting wont make him call worse hands like Q7

Bluff him off what better hands?

Thank you for your answers. Reading them I realised I made a mistake and what I really wanted to find out is if I could bluffbet with any 2 air cards to take the pot? (Thanks for the correction unshpe).

IMO, you can split this "ATC bluff" into 2 parts.
- Is my opponent a level 1 thinker that only looks at his hand before deciding to call? Then bet small if you have 6,7,8 high and it will have good EV vs people who fold K highs and Q highs (KTo-KQo , QTo-QJo , JTo)
- Is my opponent a level 2 thinker that also think about what i have ? Then bet if you can credibly represent/have a thin valuebet in your range like 9x, 88/77 , 2x that spiked river etc

As I classify this opponent as 1 type, I will follow your suggested hand range next time this happens. There are too many situations like these for me in NL2. Thanks for the advice.

I agree with Berezovaya. In this case we most likely have the best hand, so no need to bluff. With any two cards, against this player, probably worthed to bluff the river in most cases.
