should cbet smaller and either tripple barrel or bet once. He really shouldn't have many hands that call a cbet then x/f on the turn. But he will have some flush and straight draws that will call twice and fold on the river.
Some guys will fold almost their entire range to a tripple barrel here.

postflop i think it is played well because on K high we get even more folds than on A high.
i like the flop sizing. You can double barrel but in this case the flop bet should be smaller, like 7$.

4bet sizing is inviting the other player to see flop with position and with a more likely better hand (because we are bluffing)!
4bet vs that guy is just great. I mean he only 3bets 7% and that is not vs MP raise!
his range is much tighter in this spot.
