Top pair - VB on River

I like the hand as played.

I think this flop hits villain and do not like the raise, despite the wet flop.

It is BU and BB, both ranges are wide . It hits us also.

The only problem is that the player is showing signs of being a fish and fish don't know that, given that he folds so much to a raise when he donks its ok, bet turn big and x river I guess, because when he calls flop he will often have pair+draw.

When I saw the hand my firs impression was that the flop raise is bad, but if you have an info that he is donk/folding alot, then it's fine (even though sometimes A-high might be the best hand). I like the turn and I wouldn't go for a thin value on the river, given the flop and turn action.
