What would be your plan with this hand here?

IMO we have 3 options:
1. Passive approach. Bet OTF, then b turns, which improves us or x/c turns on which we can't bet for value anymore and then reevaluate OTR.
2. Aggressive approach. X/r OTF and then put pressure on his range.
3. B OTF and then x/r on many turns if he bets, because this player so far looks to like continues OTF with wide range(low fold to cb stat), but we shouldn't rely much on that.

I think we could go here for 3 barrels.

Bet/calling the flop would probably be a standard play, with betting the turn and probably betting the river as a bluff if we don't hit two pairs+ (of course, vs players that are capable to fold an overpair) or for value if we hit (also check/calling would make sense vs busted draws if we hit two pairs or trips). If he is aggressive to flop checks, maybe we can go for a check/raise and stack off vs him because we have alot of equity, even vs sets 38%.
