Up to what stakes do you think you can play FR?

And isn't it great for bumhunting? I sometimes see 5 or more fish at 1 table :f_grin::f_eek::f_drink::f_cool::f_biggrin:

I haven't posted a comment for a long time and also did not visit pokerstrategy.

Today I watched Rogier's coaching and I wanted only to see it for 5-10 minutes and immediately noticed how good he is at playing this game (of course I participated until the end of the coaching). Also he is modest and explains very well the spots.

Probably my opinion doesn't matter too much, it's not like I'm a pro poker player and haven't reached a high limit playing poker, but I know when someone is playing good.

Thank you teddy for making the coaching available for basic members (like me). Next time, I will take advantage of your kindness and attend the coaching from the beginning :).

I have appreciated and enjoyed to be able to be take part and learn from a FR coaching ...
It was looks like a sort of something overtake by the time and force me to study the SH as I was myself a prevalent a FR player but due the traffic on most rooms and the absences of material on the format, I cannot be more happy and thankful to Rogier.
Thanks Coach :f_thumbsup:
Thanks Pokerstrategy :f_drink:

Hi Coach,
Because you at moment our FR Coach (hope for longer tbo) I would like to put to your attention this hand with following thinking process of Hero

Pacific, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $1.98 (99 bb)
BB: $1.77 (88.5 bb)
UTG+1: $2.03 (101.5 bb)
UTG+2: $2.84 (142 bb)
MP1: $2.23 (111.5 bb)
MP2: $2.25 (112.5 bb)
MP3: $1.96 (98 bb)
CO: $1.99 (99.5 bb)
Hero (BTN): $2.12 (106 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 4 A
6 folds, Hero raises to $0.05, SB folds, BB calls $0.03

Flop: ($0.11) 7 A K (2 players)
BB bets $0.08, Hero calls $0.08

Turn: ($0.27) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $0.06, Hero raises to $0.18, BB calls $0.12

River: ($0.63) 4 (2 players)
BB bets $0.06, Hero calls $0.06

villain - VPIP: 38, PFR: 0, 3B: 0, AF: 1.3, Hands: 13

(as I have so small sample I will leave just those stats as VPIP/PFR is the most important for such small number of hands, though)

Btw, I o/r BTN vs blinds with the clear intend to steal and if they fold I cannot be more happy …

When BB calls me, I think Im playing vs this range:

TT-22, ATs-A2s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, 76s, 65s, 54s, 43s, ATo-A2o, KTo+, QTo+, JTo, T9o, 98o

I think fish will go to exited with a more large top-range and will raise me a) because is fish, b) because I see often such player on this room playing like that

When he bet the Flop, my only concern is to play against some set, and a better Ace while I m comfortable against all the flush-draws, K that make a pair and he will play like that, and worst more pairs

On the Turn Im raising him to get more value from my ace, protecting him against the draws and make at same time more expansive the River card that would benefit him

On the River, I just call my 2 pairs as all the draws will folds to an eventual my raise and also better hands only call me

What do you think, make sense the all lot?

Thank you! :)
