You don't actually receive free money at first. You will receive a $5 Rush ring game ticket and $5 of tournament tickets. Then if you deposit a minimum of $20, you will receive an extra $20 separate from the first deposit bonus.
You also need to opt in as per step 3 here. Alternately, you will need to go to the promotion page within the Full Tilt client where there should be a PokerStrategy logo. Follow the instructions as you need to give Full Tilt permission to share your details with us.
