Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A♣ Q♣

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, Hero raises to 12 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 9 BB

Flop: (28 BB, 2 players) 6♣ T♣ 9♥
Hero bets 14.68 BB, BTN calls 14.68 BB

Turn: (57.36 BB, 2 players) 2♠
Hero bets 20.8 BB, BTN calls 20.8 BB

River: (98.96 BB, 2 players) 6♥
Hero checks, BTN checks

Hero shows A♣ Q♣ (One Pair, Sixes)
(Pre 48%, Flop 53%, Turn 34%)
BTN shows 8♥ 8♦ (Two Pair, Eights and Sixes)
(Pre 52%, Flop 47%, Turn 66%)
BTN wins 94.52 BB

Standard SQ, on the flop I want to bet but this range does hit calling ranges fairly well, normally i would bet 1/3 on dry textures but here i misclicked and maybe we should bet larger?

How should we play this? 2/3 and shove turn? as played i don't think he's generally folding and some small percentage we win vs KQ if it checks back so i'd check AQ and bet KQ maybe?

Board is very drawy it means you wont make him fold mostly nothing on turn, even low pocket pairs. X/c seems to be better choice and x/f river - I dont recommend bluffing if you suspect he's a weak player (we can assume that looking at his stack preflop)

fold equity on turn is really low because he never folds 88 99 98 76 and all these kinds of hands. so one has to wonder if he folds them on the river :f_rolleyes: i am not sure how to play this either

i give up on the river because I don't think he fold alot atall as you say

x/c could be reasonable because it sucks to get raised OTT but I can't help feeling i just want to bet enough OTF to jam the turn here, playing like that we will get a little more fold equity OTT and a bigger bet OTF

i really struggling in these spots and the raiser and caller, as the caller i'm calling or folding too much and as the raiser this is happening to me - super -EV squeezing right now

You have equity in the hand on turn, so x/call seems pretty reasonable. Bear in mind that the turn card isa total blank and does not change anything, so what has calledyou on flop will call you on turn too.

yeah, but also all hands of villians that aren't sets it's tough for them to call if i play a two street game, i don't have that many bluffs to bet flop jam turn and i think it would be ok for villian to call flop with 88 and fold turn to a jam

All hands that are not sets are draws, and they will call, cause they have enough equity.

Board: T♣9♣6♥ 2♠
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    43.51%  43.51%   0.00% { JJ-66, QJs, JTs, T9s }
MP3    56.49%  56.49%   0.00% { QQ+, AcKc, AcQc, KcQc, AcJc }

do you think this is valid assessment of range vs range or is his range tighter?

I think you could be right man, and do we call off a jam?

maybe when he flats OTF on this texture he's got a draw or pair which I am either beating or doing well against and he jams the sets OTF
