SH Zoom - TT BB vs SB flat or 3b?

PF: I expect villains range to be wide and weak but I wasn't sure whether flatting or 3b'ing for value would be best here, especially since I would be 3b/folding since I wouldn't expect him to 4b/bluff me too often and his value 4b'ing range should have me crushed. I also wasn't sure how often he would call a 3b OOP with a worse hand. If he obviously recreational or a bad player then I 3b for value all day here.

OTF: When villain checks the flop I never expect him to have TP or and overpair and I think he bets that vast majority of good draws. So I either have the best hand or he is planning to x/raise with a made flush IMO.

Is it better to just bet/fold the flop here for value and pick up the pot even if I am just betting to fold out his equity share with hands that I beat but can still outdraw me?

I chose to check behind with the intention of betting most turns. If he stabs the turn then I can still expect to be ahead on some turns and still have a gutshot + FD
