I'd fold here since the MP2 is a passive player with a pretty high WTS, so the fact that he bets most likely indicates he's holding something, and it won't be easy to bluff him off: If he's holding a draw, and he was willing to bet that draw, than he's having ample pot odds to call your raise,

Also, since he's passive, I don't really see him bet a 5 or a 2, so if anything I'd think you are looking at two overcards or something like A7.

And to finish it off, on the flop you are still holding second pair, but it's very likely that some higher cards will fall on the turn or river, in which case it would be very hard to hold on to your sixes, so virtually your only shot of improving is if you'd hit another six.
