Is the push with 16 BBs the right move in this spot?

It’s indeed a +ev push for 16bb effective. So you’re push is fine with the big antes in it as well.

Usually it is PlusEV to push here. Sometimes some additional info also would be helpful about the stage of the tournament, i.e. how close is the bubble etc..
personally i dont like to push this hand from that early position even if its a +ev move, but as Richard said it would be good to have more info which stage of the tourney it is.

In regard to the tournament phase: we are already ITM - last 50 players in a field with 590.
Pre bubble I would not mind a fold, but as it is ITM already it is an always push spot for me with this stack.
