You can’t flop much better than this one, but I would shove or call here. Raising makes no sense without any fold equity if he shoved. Based on his sizing I expect you have 0 fold equity. So semi-bluffing will most likely not work. So you need to hit and win. Than is calling I think a little bit better to kill the variance a little bit.
