10/20 No Limit Hold'em Tournament (2 Handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J♥, 9♣
Hero posts small blind (10), BB posts big blind (20), Hero calls, BB raises for 30, Hero calls

Flop: (100 - 5 bb) Q♣, 3♦, 3♣ (2 Players)
BB bets 50, Hero raises for 120, BB folds, Hero gets uncalled back (70)

How do you play this against a maniac?

I would always raise or fold pre-flop, because I like to have the initiative in to the hand.
So in this situation I would raise/fold pre-flop or he likes to 3bet a lot, but don’t have any stats on him. So that could be a reason to limp/call pre-flop.

As played it’s difficult to represent anything than a flush draw by raising the flop on a pretty dry board, but works out this time.
