You should ask this Pokerstrategy via ticket. We are only here for technical support for Holdemmanager

With your existing account you cant use this offer since its not linked to us, i have no idea if HM would allow you to make a new account thru us so that you need check with them before you do that.

A 2nd account should be no problem but if you have licenses under the current account please contact sales@holdemmanager.com
