This is a hand I played today, after reviewing some basic poker theory, and MAKING A COMMITMENT TO THINK TROUGH MY HANDS. I feel that the thought process is was not too bad, but I really want to correct fautls in my thought process now. Please, critique away, any feedback is really welcomed. I especially want to focus in figuring out my opponent's ranges.

Thought process
Pre-Flop:
So I check, since it's free and I wouldn't really want to raise with this hand (why would I ever!).
Stacks are kind of full, and I don't really expect too much bluffing preflop (postflop is a differente game, people get really attached to their hands).
The call from CO maybe tells me that he has a medium hand, pocket pairs, Axs, Kxs, even Qxs, but not AK or AA, or even not KK or QQ necessarily. Also some sort of connectors are possible, he could be trying to see a card for cheap.
The same goes for SB, maybe tightening up the ranges a bit since he'll be OOP post flop.
So, I get a card for free.
FLOP:
Flop comes with a present! an offsuit OESD for me. The SB picked up something it seems, because I think he wouldn't bluff or try to move me out of the hand with such a small bet if he had missed the flop.
I remove Two pair, sets and obliously flush/dlush draws, so I guess he has top pair, OESD, set or overpair, since his bet is so small.
I think that I can get paid off if I hit the straight, since I have the best straight or equally good straight (he has 76), so I raise, and he calls. (btw, how should I adjust his ranges from this call?)
I WAS NOT THINKING OF THE FOLLOWING DURING THE HAND:
Now, I didn't take the odds into account here, since I am not still ready for this, I have to take it step by step in my learning.
TURN:
I don't hit my straight, which makes my hand significantly worse, so I default to keeping the pot size small, I think that people at these limits really can't be pushed out of hands on the turn,
He checks, so at this point I guess he either wants to check/raise seeing that I raised on the flop (he has a Qx), OR he also has an OESD, and also didn't get anything. If he has an OESD I can raise, if he has Qx I am toast, so I jsut check.
RIVER:
So I get my straight (a colorful one, too!). At this point, I am ready to go all-In, since I beat Qx and most straights.
SB bets about 1/2 pot, which seems standard, and thnking that he also has a hand, either a set or a straight, I raise. He re-raises, and I guess that at this point I can go all-in and he won't fold.
