I was mad
I didn't know why
My wife gave me a hand up
I am not mad
Not quite sure why, only know a light went on
While mad I tried to play
Went on 20BI+ variance swing downwards
Played poorly, and pushed when I knew I was beat
Thats it for now

It seems anger (negative energy) persists until an internal resolution happens. The reward is in the relief, as freedom and Joy replace the oppressive weight of frustration.
