My biggest pots lost advice [over rating pocket pairs?].

#1 I would fold to 3bet. If we decide to defend, calling is better because I don't expect to get calls by worse with shoving.

#2 What the heck is going on on the turn? We should bet/fold with normal sizing and I would probably plan to bet/fold 1/2 the river (checking back the river would also be fine, I believe).

#3 It's ok to go broke with KK, no matter the positions.

So, overall, I think you are overastimating your pocket pairs, both preflop and postflop. Preflop you should look at the strenght of a pocket pair and pay attention to positions. Postflop you should also pay atttention to the board.

Hand #1 I would not push here too. If you want to defend - just call. By pushing you get yourself isolated vs hands that practically beat you.
And do you open for 6BB?

Hand#2 - What is the reason for a push here. You should bet turn around 55-60% and fold vs a raise.
Your open size preflop is also big - 5BB.

Hand#3 - it is ok played. With Kk you can push.
And your preflop size is ok too.

First advice - forget everything what you learned on play money tables I think the difference betweeen playmoney and NL2 is much bigger than between NL2 and NL25.

Edit: now I saw all your hands. It´s not a big deal that you making mistakes until you learned from it. But really, you have probably a lot of bad habits from money tables. I thing you should start to learn from basic. I think confidant91 make video series which is even for people with basic status. It could be a good starting point to learn.

Also I mentioned you probably using bigger preflop sizing with better hands. It can be perfectly OK on NL2, just be careful when you meet people who looks that they now what are they doing - they crush you if you will open Aces on 5bb and let say AJ on 3bb

First hand - preflop call or fold is also option vs tight opponent. I don´t mind overfolding vs 3bet on NL2 especially when we sit on early position - people usually 3bet very tight range against us. If you see someone 3bet more, you can start defend more as well. In general I don´t like to stack off preflop for 100bb JJ on NL 2 without read that villains is very loose aggresive. It can be sometimes good on BTN, SB or BB. But on UTG when you stack off only KK+, you should be fine on lowest stakes.

Hand 2 - you should bet normal sizing here (like 2/3) and fold vs raise. Don´t overbet until you learn when it´s OK. If you never overbet on NL2 (and even higher) you should be OK. Also when you get raise on the turn and have overpair or worse, it´s usually good time to fold

Hand 3 - it´s OK to go all-in preflop but not with your sizing. You should just 4bet with sizing between 2,5x - 3x of his sizing. By your sizing you are telling him - fold all your bluffs and continue only with good hands.

Ill try and improve my sizing and fold a lot more as i notice my vp get kinda high sometimes 30-40%
