Top pair vs KO bounty and 2 other players

Was pretty stumped by this. On the turn once BB called, the pot was like 13k first impression was to shove. which i nearly did.
BB at least was having a table chat rage and his calls was almost insta so thought it was possible he was on big flushdraw. i do know in these low buyin KO events though people will call almost any 2 cards to get a KO. anyway, does this seem like a correct fold? What hands could i be expecting to see here? In the end i put BB on 2 pair/set with him just flatting each time thought maybe he wanted me to spew off my chips.

I would isolate the CO with a raise to 1,2k or so and her-evaluate on further action.
This way you have good change the blinds will fold.

As played I would play the hand the same way. I expect the SB don’t bet 2 streets with only top pair against 2 players.
