I think i would bet that turn again in blind battle most of the time, but i wouldnt donk that river, i would go for crying check/call but u cant really value bet 8 high flush here i think.

I dont like too much betting the turn, becouse he can raise me with a draw and I have to play c/f unimproved...
So I prefer to play passive my A high ( often the best hand ) and I have a flush draw... so I let he bluffs me.

Why I have to check the river ?

I have a flush and he can call me with a made hand like a pair if he thinks I'm bluffing.
If he has a 9:s high flush to J:s high flush, he just calls me however...

If I check to him of course I can induce some bluffs, but he will take free SD with many SD-value hands... so I lost value here !

Of course his raise on the river is very bad becouse he can have K:s or A:s but I have to call him.

I think check the river is a mistake

Stats?

I only like the turn check/call if you check/raise a monster here sometimes.

River is fine with me if he's agressive, you have to valuebet here.

I don't read titles

I like the riverplay then.

But do you ever play c/r turn with initiative in those situations?

of course, not only in blinds-battle ;)
(against really aggressive players  )

Against really aggressive opponents bet/3-bet is better. ;)

So if he is that aggressive then bet/calldown here as well.

Against unknown I like the hand as played. You already explained why you played it as you did and I like that too.
