I don't know much about playing suited connectors but I think 4 betting is really too much. I fold preflop.

Postflop I would go all-in too, I put my opponent on AK, AQ

4bet bluffing is not a thing you want to do on NL2, even if you are deep.
As played, shoving postflop is fine

at this limit you shouldnt balance your 4 bet range . you should do it just for value .
