2€ buyin on 888.es only 6th hand of tourney

BB - no stats only 2nd hand
MP1 45/3 3bet 5.3% - 118 hands
CO - no stats only 2nd hand

Pre flop I felt I was getting good enough value with all the callers for both raises.
Flop I'm getting 5.5:1 so again seems best to call
Can I fold this river? Looking back, its a little odd that BB bets the flop 1/3 pot, but 1/2 pot on river

His 3bet sizing pre-flop is odd as well. On the river you’re still playing 4 way. So it’s not to likely he will change his had in a bluff based on his check on the turn. Off course it’s difficult to set him on a hand, but he can easily have AK or a 2 pair combo. So you beat nothing of his value range I think. So folding is I think the best option here.
