When I join the waiting list I expect to be seated when it is my turn to be seated, however apparently when your seat becomes "available" people can just hold your seat in "reserved" and steal it when you are knocked off the waiting list?

It seems as though people can take your seat when you are first on the waiting list by holding it in reserve for 20+ seconds, has happened to me a few times. Maybe I'm wrong but it that's how it appeared anyway.

There is a bug regarding this issue that the tech team are working on but not sure when it will be resolved.
