Preflop: its WA / WB situation unless you have reads or reliable stats. So not capping even capping would be fine.

Flop: I would definetely bet. His line doesnt make much sense. And calldown to a raise probably.

Turn: As played i would call one and fold to a heart / Ace river.

Unless you have a read your opponents ranges on flop and turn are pretty much random. I would say that on the turn BB has some sort of a draw or weak pair since he is not betting out. And with UTG its still WA / WB, but most likely you are Way ahead.

I have not read the spoiler. I'd think like this: Checking flop is fine vs mr. Tricky. On the turn is decision time. It costs at least two bets to see showdown. We will win 8-10 BB, the 10BB probably means we need to beat two villains in a showdown. Unlikely. Do we win 25% of the time if we call turn+river? Perhaps, but I don't think so.

I'm surprised to see you Ava this tight! Are you well?8-)

It is probably a matter of the maniac/fish ratio. Typical fish have AA/KK 100% of the time to good approximation with this betting pattern unless they misclick, at least UTG. I can't remember ever see a pegged fish do it as a bluff or with less than KK. Not a single time over 15 years. But some maniacs do it if they have a playable hand at all.

Spoiler

I'm a little surprised. Thought KK. Now he gives Kx 5 outs. Unusually stupid fish.
