Hello guys i have not posted anything yet because i found a lot of stuff already asked and answered in articles and in forum but now i have one dilema. I found myself in strange spot sometimes when i value bet river and lose the pot so i am not sure is it good or bad in the long run. For example i am on but with AJ there is raise from utg and call from mp. Bord is AK4 with flush draw. utg raise 1/2 of pot mp fold i call. Turn is 3 he check and this point i think he does not have AK or AQ or AA or KK because he would bet for value turn and to charge the draw so i value bet 2/3 he calls. river is 4 totaly blank so after he check i bet 1/2 and get called by AQ. Is this just normaly to happen sometimes agains really passive players or should i just check that river because value bet is too thin ?
You need to wonder which worse hands gonna call ya, btw. you've call called with AJ vs UTG and MP IP?
I think in nl10 zoom a lot of players are gonna call me with any Ace and usually there is nothing to beat me unleas he got second pair on the river but that is verry unlikely
There's only few of Ax combinations that UTG is likely to open and MP is likely to cold call and i'd venture to claim it's nothing worse than AJ unfortunately, lass. You should have squeezed or checked back the river
I do not like your preflop play. You either have to bluff squeeze, or you have to fold.
When value bettingyou should target a certain part of villain's range.

Exactly, time to change that. Open Equilab and count your eq against UTG and cold calling MP
