You must realize that SB bet into 3 way pot which means that he usually may have Ace. It is a 3-bet pot, therefore it is likely that you would be called with AK or sometimes with AQ. I think that you shove is -EV.

SB will never fold here an ace that he 3-betted. Otherwise why 3-bet it?
Preflop call is ok.

If you were heads up you could try to bluff him out of the pot. But why do you risk your entire stack? A minraise (or slightly more) probably give you the same fold equity against KK-QQ.

In this multiway pot, unless you have a read saying this guy CB 100% of the pots, you should give it up.

I checked it up and he cbets 89% out of 28 hands in normal pots and his cbet in 3betted pots 100 % (3 out of 3). Knowing this information would you now make a move like this?

The fact that he c-bets 100% of his hands may indicate that he only 3-bets strong hand which are also strong on the flop with which it is +EV to c-bet also in 3-way pot. And from three 3-bet pots played by him, you cannot really rely on the fact he would always c-bet.

Still it is fold to me.

He would 3-bet with AQ+, TT+ and some random hands.
Not sure if I love or hate the shove. But it probably causes a lot of variance.
I would start out 3-bet pf or if called then fold to 3-bet.

If I've noticed he liked to steal, I would certainly try a move, just to make him understand he will face tough spot if he wants to steal often. But again, don't risk your entire stack, it is not increasing your fold equity.

Also to be noticed: if he is a thinking player, there is a risk he puts you on pocket pair given the preflop action, and he might call you with a weak ace or a better PP... so I would rather try this type of move if I open raised PF and he tried to resteal... not sure if I'm clear.
