I’m not familiar with the ticket you mention about. I recommend sending a mail to support@pokerstars.com. This way PokerStars support can give you more information about the tournament you can use the ticket for.

May 2013 I would say.
It was probably part of a SCOOP promotion back in the day when they did these kinds of tournaments.
