First is a nice fold with crappy hand 
Second hand, I'm not that excited about our call.. Cold 4-betting tends to be rather strong hand (from such reggy, not too aggressive players), aces or AKKx, ABBx ds etc against which we are not doing that great with our AK-crap-crap doublesuited hand.
When you decide to call, you'll have to go broke this flop and why not try donk shoving for some FE, even though there shouldn't be any.
Hero needs 39% to be breakeven and against 4bet range of 2% he has 37% equity. So I am not sure if he has to stack off here. I don't like that 3bet, and I don't like that call to 4bet. His range is almost always AAxx, and against that range your call is -EV.
