I definitely feel this goes down as a bad beat but I don't want to brush it away, I need closure. I know it's a tiny tiny sample but this flop would hit his range a lot but surely not hit hard very often at all.

Looks like KK+, AK to me. I think it was well played. Shit happen, no can do. Lets take a note and shove preflop next time vs this guy.

AK will not stack off here, on flop.
Villain's stack off can mean an overpair, 2P, a set. Too bad we cannotrely on any stat or read.
I do not think he has QQ+, AK, as he can easily push them preflop.
On the flop, after the raise, we are behind.

Villain seems like a fun-player looking at his stats and min-bets/raises. I would definitely raise more pre-flop, and happily stack-off even this flop as he can have any pair and go with it.

If you think he's a maniac, open raise bigger preflop (4-5x), 3bet bigger (4-5x his raise), raise bigger on the flop and get it in :)

However note that you have ONLY 8 hands on him! He might have had just a lucky run of cards, thus having maniac-looking stats! Always check the sample size!

After all the preflop action, I would almost always go broke with AA as an overpair. I think we should raise the flop bigger.

I would raise bigger on the flop, otherwise well played against such a bad player.
