I dont like the Ax. I dont like the completed flushdraw on the turn. And i dont like the completed straightdraw on the river.
Still checking behind here feels weak. UTG his donkbet on the flop makes me think he has a draw or something but i might be influenced by his river c/r. I think next time its better to just type this hand like:

We dont have any reads on him wich makes this hard to judge if we had a value-bet on the river or check-behind.
He is going to call Qx, maybe some 6x wich we beat. He is going to fold all other hands and c/r his monster 2pair/flush/straights/ maybe even sets.
Im think im going to check-behind here on the river.

Hi Janosikgdy,
you should wait for the turn to raise him as this is the standard line when being HU on the flop. And after MP1 folded it's HU. 
I like the valuebet on the river. As long as he shows no aggression I keep betting against worse hands. You have an easy fold against a raise as the chance that he does it for a bluff is too low. So better fold this river.
