Half pot-size c-bet? C-bet more. I think here on the flop when he minraises you you need to decide by looking at your opponent (got stats?) wheither to play your fd aggresively or passively.

Since you went with the passive line (just calling) your turn-play is very strange.. Why do you play bet/call? Why bet 1/3rd of pot? Since he's minbetting a lot I'd check and if he gives you the odds to call, then do so (likely since he's minbetting).

On the river there's no way you can call.. you don't beat anything at all.

Was just calling river because bet was low compared to pot

any reads that he is nity ?
cbet more and try to get it in on the flop . you have tons of equity against their range
if you have any particular read that he does this with a very strong part of his range calling is fine on the flop but check/call turn too.
you dont beat nothing on the river so just check/fold.
if you call that river you should have taken the aggressive line instead

C-bet pot size on flop. If you bet psb when you don't have the flushdraw on a flushy board then you should do the same when you do have the flushdraw. Otherwise your bet is saying "I have the flushdraw, please reraise me big so I don't get odds to call".
Check call turn if he bets small, check fold river unless he only bets 1 big blind.
