Preflop: Hero is SB with 8 9
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, BB raises to $0.70, Hero raises to $1.80, BB calls $1.10

Flop: ($3.60) T 4 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $2.70, Hero calls $2.70

Turn: ($9) A (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($9) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3.60, Hero calls $3.60

pretty solid villian 22/19 agg: 37, wts:27, wwf:48, foldTo4bet: 55, foldToCbet: 55, 3betVsStealBB: 20, betVsMissedbet: 87.

Notes about him: cbet on the flop, x/r on the turn, push river with air in blind wars 3bet pot.

Preflop: 4bet as a bluff against a very wide range of 3bet

Flop: not sure what is the best line, cbet?. this situations are not common in this levels and i am lost in spot like this, decided to x/c. His range does not hit very good in this board, i expect being called with broadways, (i do not really see many 9s in his range).

Turn: if we cbet this board, is this a good card for keep betting?. as i said on the flop, i he had betted again i would fold.

River: After he bet on the flop and check back the turn, i thought he had a busted draw here and he could bet as a bluff, and also i have good odds to call.

I prefer cbetting this flop and every :diamond: or 8,9 turn.

I don't like 4betting this hand. We should 4bet bluff hands with blockers, preferably suited (AXs, KXs mostly). As played, I think we should cbet this flop. I believe QQ+ is getting it in preflop, so we actually might have the best hand. He often has something like AQ or AK there. As played, calling is probably fine, but the sizing is quite big, so I'm not sure. We should definitelly check/fold the turn, imo. If we cbet the flop and he calls, I believe that this turn card is not the greatest for us, despite we hit a flushdraw. It hits his range quite good. Not sure if he is calling A-high on the flop, though. Overall, I think we should then check the turn and see how it goes. Probably could call a bet that is not too high.

As played, I think he would bet Ax on the turn and try to protect it, so I don't mind bluffcatching vs this size. Vs bigger size I would check/fold.

I think this hand is very good for 4bet bluff vs. reg. If we 4bet mostly Ax and Kx hands our range will be often dominated when get called.

Calling pre is Hero dependant. If he feels competant enough to play it, then it is ok.
Is it just me or I do not see villain's 3bet stat.
As played we should fold river.

Hi,
preflop i think this is a call. You want to 4bet bluff hands with blocker effect. When he calls your 4bet, he das JJ-99. AQ, and some AK. When he bets the Flop so big in a 4bet Pot, he has to have a hand. Normally i would be enough to bet 1/3 of the pot in a 4bet pot even with a value hand. When he checks back the Turn, his mostly holding is TT and JJ. After you check the river, you don´t have Ax. I think he valuebets JJ or TT there very thin.

I think calling is better pre. I would be 4betting some KTo/Kxs/Axo.

OTF I like betting something like 1,9-2$. if you x, you must call.
OTT I'm calling if he bets.
River seems to me like a fold.

If you cbet flop, I'm not sure if cbetting this turn is better than x, I think he definitely call with some AK/AQ/AJ OTF, so I would like to x more than to bet, but betting is good too.

First, pre in this particular case as the player max ev is to fold , then call, then raise.
You're OOP, not very deep (125bb) vs a decent player with a very speculative hand , if you hit the nuts it's gonna be hard to get paid.

As played, OTF I normally would call a cbet with 2nd pair and backdoor, but not of this size. You are investing way too much with a very few outs. So again I think the max ev is to fold

As played, OTT, check, if villain was to barrel, depending of the odds, I would call. We hit our backdoor, but will we get paid on the river OOP. so I would play it only on pot odds. In this case he cb which is great

OTR, Another big bet which seems fishy IMO, It's hard to say if if it a good value bet , just a strange bet... I think you will find a lot of Tx or JJ+ hands type of 2nd pair behind the A. many hands that we don't beat. There will be a few bluffs as well that we beat and some Ax hands. Any way his range is much more in favour of hands that beat us so a clear fold OTR
