Preflop: Hero is SB with 7♦, 6♠
MP2 folds, MP3 calls, CO folds, BU calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: (4.00 SB) A♦, 5♠, 8♠ (4 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, MP3 calls, BU folds.

Turn: (3.50 BB) Q♥ (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP3 bets, Hero folds, BB calls.

River: (5.50 BB) 9♣ (2 players)
BB checks, MP3 bets, BB raises, MP3 calls.

Final Pot: 9.50 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
MP3 shows a pair of queens (Qd Td)
BB shows two pairs, nines and eights (9s 8h)

BB wins with two pairs, nines and eights (9s 8h)

I folded because I didn't have odds and the guy behind me was unknown. But should an OESD be called on the turn regardless because of implied odds in 3way, even in this situation?

Hmm.. I'm not sure if the preflop limp is good? I sometimes miss a chart with small blind limping in SH play like the one there is for FR, so I don't know about that. As played I think the laydown is fine.

But I think since you decide to donk the flop you could b/f the turn and c/f river ui. At least where I'm playing right now that would definitly pay off in the long run. I don't know about 0.5/1 though.

Hi strat9,

as your outs aren't clean and you are not last to act on the turn folding should be ok here.

@Kimber88: The call preflop is fine as he gets 5,5:1 which is exactly what he needs to call offsuited connectors. There is a chart in the gold section (approx chart) where the odds needed to call is listed.
Bet/folding the turn is impossible. You get better odds to draw if he raises you so the only option is bet/call. This is possible but as two called an A-high flop I think the fold equity isn't enough to bet again. They will call flushdraws again so you have to invest another bet on the river and that's not worth it in this small pot.

Thanks ciRith. I'll check that chart out before my rank drops at new year. :)
