I play on GGpoker even though it says Pokerstars. None of my hand histories will have villain stats.

I think you played it well. A bet on the turn might scare him away and you have the nuts. Its kind of hard to extract value on that dry board and your slowplay allowed him to make some kind of hand.

You have to bet turn to build a big pot : as played, the pot on river is too small and you don't get enough value with your monster.

So bet turn, bet or raise river.

I´d bet turn, since:
player raised utg, so he should have quite a strong range: jj+/AK
Can´t really expect that he´d hit his A or K on the river, so better is just lead out 2$ and then you could make 2/3 potsize bet on the river.
This also gives him chance to c/r, which he might do with bluff or overpair.
River is fine.
