Hi, Villain is a fish here. Do you think i should check back the flop, and call turn fold river? And in this case, do you call the c/r here?
His callingrange could be something like TT-QQ, AQs, maybe KQs.

IPoker, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $8.16 (81.6 bb)
BB: $10.98 (109.8 bb)
UTG: $12.23 (122.3 bb)
Hero (MP): $10 (100 bb)
CO: $20.48 (204.8 bb)
BTN: $6.43 (64.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, BB raises to $1, Hero raises to $2.50, SB folds, BB calls $1.50

Flop: ($5.30) 3 K Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.50, BB raises to $8.48 and is all-in, Hero calls $5 and is all-in

Turn: ($20.30) K (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: ($20.30) 5 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$20.30 pot ($1.35 rake)
Final Board: 3 K Q K 5
BB showed Q Q and won $18.95 ($8.95 net)
Hero mucked A K and lost (-$10 net)

Depends what kind of fish.

If his range is something like this

http://www.pokerstrategy.com
Board: KhQs3c
Equity Win Tie
BU 25.96% 2.87% 23.09% { AsKd }
SB 74.04% 50.95% 23.09% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }

we would be calling for split in best.

You can't bet/ fold here in a 4bet pot once you bet with TPTK. Nothing wrong with how you played it.

However, I prefer checking back the flop as you are checking back a lot of bad hands which will balance your range quite nicely (although, not that important on this level). You can easily get the rest in over 2 streets, and give him chance to bluff the turn.

Unless he is a maniac, I much prefer to call the 3 bet pre IP.

He will not have AA-KK here.

I prefer calling it preflop, but probably nothing wrong with 4betting. When we hit TPTK, I think that both checking and bet/calling the flop is fine. Maybe checking is better because we would get more value vs AQ on later streets.

If we call AKo there, what are we 4 betting?

I think there is nothing wrong with 4betting, but I mix it 4bets and calls with AK. I would 4bet QQ+ and some combos of AK (all AKs) for value and AJs-ATs, AJo, KQo as a bluff.

I put only one combo AA here and none KK. I have not noticed it appeared like that.

we can call 3bet in position, but on flop we cant get value from worst hands here. Hes range too strong,
he wont call your cbet whit JJ TT , and QQ , even KQ beats us , i dont know if 33 is in hes range, and he can slowplay AA KK , best chanse here is AK split, but there not much combos here because we have AK and K on board. so yeah

i would check flop and let him bluff. and if he bet turn i would call that too because i dont think i would foll trips ther, and bluff catch on river, i hope my line make some sence. :f_ugly:

If you are 4 betting QQ, you should 4 bet AK too.
