Preflop: Hero is in the SB with Q♠ 8♠
UTG+1 calls 200, 3 folds, BB checks.

Do you push against unknown?

I noticed later that UTG limped in a few times before. Do you push with that read?

i dont think ur fold equity is good enough. I like with a 1700 stack or somethink. In this case i would take the flop

I prefer this line against unknown

But with your read I would prefer just shoving it in pre.
