Not been around for ages, too busy with other things so sorry for that, just wanted to say duh! after about a year of on off playing the penny has finally dropped about position amongst other things as since I've been mindful of that one thing I've been much more in control of what happens to me at the tables ie I played an MTT albeit a free one and finished 3rd winning 4000+ free chips and luck had nothing to do with it, so now I need to do it again and improve my 3 player/2 player game

I think it is playing from a position of greatest advantage to entering the money.
I'm now playing at NL25 and NL50 and enjoying it more than ever as I'm able to hold my own and be in control of my own game, I can read most players at this level, I've stopped a session to send this message I played for about 40mins NL25 cash 6max one table and I'm up $10.
On a side note is there a collective word for a table of bluffers?
When I get more confident I will move up to NL100 and NL200 as I want to make $150 per night ave. this is my real target any more is a bonus.
I do have one question, SB v BB all other folds, me BB A7o SB 3 raises I fold would you have played on?
I have no questions about playing in position because all has become clear! I equate it to learning to drive
P.S. the "I'm not clever enough" thread is no longer relavent I have said as much on that one.
I would like to say thankyou to you all at Poker Strategy for putting up with my rants and helping me out I won't be doing any grinding but I will be moving up the cash levels and playing more final tables in tournaments so watch this space.
I've played in 3 tournaments since my last post, I'm getting better at reading people now I played in a $12 buy in with $1000 prize money spread across the top five fifth place was $55, I made the last two tables but played too lose on one hand, I played out of position and got burned when I should have tightened up and waited it out, in the other tournaments I made final table, now I have the game to make final table I need more time as tournaments with bigger prize money will finish in the early hours 2-4am!
