I would have raised the Turn, because i would also raise my bluffs there, and an A♥: is the perfect card to raise. As played you can definitly call his bet on the river.
You need 29% Equity to call the bet, and you have..

Board: 5♦5♥Q♣ A♥ 2♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    55.56%  44.44%  11.11% { AcQs }
MP3    44.44%  33.33%  11.11% { AA, QQ, 55, AQs+, KhQh, KhJh, QhJh, AQo+ }

The question is, if we could raise the river for value. I would say yes, but let´s see what the other guys say.

I like the idea of raising turn. Ax are calling it.

I can have AQ,AKs and QQ there and then some bluffs with J♥:T♥:, T♥:9♥:,9♥:8♥: .

Villain can have:
Board: 5♦5♥Q♣ A♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    19.41%  14.32%   5.09% { AdAs, QdQh, 5s5c, KJs-KTs, JTs, AdKd, AsKs, AdQd, KhQh, AdJd, AsJs, QhJh, AdTd, AsTs, QhTh, Th9h, 9h8h, 8h7h, As5s, Ad4d, As4s, Ad3d, As3s, Ad2d, As2s, AdKh, AdKs, AdKc, AsKd, AsKh, AsKc, AdQh, AsQd, AsQh, AdJh, AdJs, AdJc, AsJd, AsJh, AsJc }
MP3    80.59%  75.50%   5.09% { AcQs }

So, as you can see, he has a few draws and weaker Ax. So what should he do vs a Turn raise, it´s a bad spot for him.

You should play those fd passively and not turn them into a bluff.

if we raise turn,
we are ahead of KQh , AK (9 combos)
we are behind from QQ,AA,55 (3 combos)
we draw with AQ (4 combos)

Clear value raise on turn

since villain plays 15/13 ... and he opens UTG, i think his range is like 7% (AQ+ and pocket pairs)

He can have up to 10% as we do not know how he distributed his ranges.
