What do you think about this kind of situations in micro buy-in tournaments ? Preflop should i call or make a big raise till 240-270 chips ?

I would always raise IP in spots like this. Than you have the initiative during the hand.
Also it's less likely you play AJ multi ways and than it's easier to play post-flop I think.

I'd prefer to raise this pre-flop. At these stakes there will be plenty off worse hands that call you pre-flop despite not supposed to, and you are narrowing the field with a raise. It makes it easier for you to play this hand and you have the initiative.
