Hey, so i just saw these freerolls on Unibet and i folowed the instructions ( betting 10 euro or more on football matches) to get a ticket for the freeroll. I contacted the support to ask when im going to get the ticket and they told me that im not eligible because i live in Norway and that promotion isnt active here. There was nothing saying that the promotion isnt available in some countries and i cant reverse the bets that i made so i have to say that as much as i like Unibet, i feel a bit like being scammed. Does anyone have any advice regarding this?
